1. Our Credentials

Dr. Deniz Dağdelen

• Has worked in hair restoration at the Now Hair Time clinic since late 2022; previously practised as a dermatology specialist in a public hospital

2. How Our Team Works

We state openly who does what in this clinic:

• Hairline design and treatment planning: planned individually for each patient by Dr. Deniz Dağdelen together with the team trained in this area.
• Incision making (implantation channels): performed by Dr. Deniz Dağdelen.
• Graft extraction and graft placement: carried out under our doctor's supervision by our nurses and technicians, who hold the Ministry of Health approved "Hair Transplant Assistant Practitioner Certificate" and have between 5 and 10 years of experience in the field.

Graft extraction and placement are carried out by our nurses and technicians, who hold Ministry of Health approved certification and have 5–10 years of experience. 3. Post-Operative Care Protocols

First Wash

The first hair wash takes place on day 3, using a foam product prepared specifically for this purpose. It is demonstrated to every patient at the clinic.

First 3 Days

• Sleep in the correct position
• Avoid tea, coffee and cola
• Take the prescribed medication regularly

First 10 Days

• Wash the recipient and donor areas daily, as demonstrated to you
• Do not touch the recipient area; keep it free from any impact
• Shower from the neck down only during this period
• Rest as much as possible
• Apply the ice gel regularly, as advised
• Use the neck pillow every time you lie on your back
• Avoid smoking and alcohol

Long-Term Follow-Up

We ask our patients to share photographs taken from different angles once a month for 12 months, so that we can follow the progress of both the recipient and the donor area.

Interpreter and Advisory Support

Interpreter support continues uninterrupted for 12 months. After that period, our patients are still welcome to contact us with any question on their mind.

Emergency Contact

In an emergency, patients reach our medical adviser or interpreter through our WhatsApp line; anything considered necessary is passed directly to our doctor.
